Frequently asked questions
Everything about ServiceHarness — what it is, who it's for, what it costs, and how it gets home-service businesses found and booked.
What is ServiceHarness?
ServiceHarness is an AI Chief Revenue Officer for home-service businesses. It runs a team of AI agents that chase every lead, win Google reviews, publish local content that ranks, earn referrals and B2B partnerships, collect unpaid invoices, and show the owner exactly where every job came from — all from one screen, with the owner approving anything that gets sent.
How much does ServiceHarness cost?
ServiceHarness has three plans: Starter at $60/month (600 agent credits), Growth at $100/month (1300 credits), and Scale at $200/month (3500 credits). Extra credits are 10¢, 8¢ and 6¢ each respectively. Talking to your AI CRO is unlimited and never uses credits. There is no setup fee and no contract.
Who is ServiceHarness for?
ServiceHarness is built for home-service businesses — kitchen & bath remodelers, roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters, cleaning companies, pest control companies, moving companies — from a single owner-operator up to a multi-crew company. It is not a general-purpose marketing tool; every agent is tuned for how trade businesses actually win jobs.
How is ServiceHarness different from a CRM like Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Job-management software stores your customers and schedules your work — it waits for you to act. ServiceHarness is a revenue engine: it decides what should happen next, drafts it, and hands it to you to approve. It includes a CRM (import your contacts, sync your inbox), but the point is the agents working those relationships, not the record-keeping.
Does ServiceHarness send messages to my customers automatically?
No. Every message an agent drafts waits for your approval before it sends. The agents do the work of deciding who to contact, what to say and when — you stay the one who hits send.
What is GEO, and why does a contractor need it?
GEO (generative engine optimization) is making sure AI assistants recommend your business when a homeowner asks 'who should I hire near me.' Homeowners increasingly ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Claude instead of scrolling search results. ServiceHarness's GEO Agent tracks whether those engines cite you, shows who they name instead, and fixes the gaps.
Can I try ServiceHarness for free?
Yes. Paste your website or Facebook page on serviceharness.com and you get a free grade — your AI-visibility, SEO and reputation scores, the revenue you're likely missing, and what each agent found. Signing up is free, and you can talk to your AI CRO without paying; you pay when you want the agents to execute the work.
What does ServiceHarness connect to?
It connects to the Google account you already have — Google Analytics and Search Console for real traffic and ranking data, and Google Calendar for scheduling. You can also import your contact list and connect Gmail or Outlook so the Inbox Agent can match emails to customers.
