What a credit is
A credit is spent when an agent produces real work for you: drafting outreach, writing an article, running a scan of your rankings or AI visibility. Conversation is not work you should pay per message for, so chatting with your AI CRO never costs a credit, on any plan. Unused credits don't roll over, and you set a hard monthly cap on any overage, so the bill can never surprise you.

How much does ServiceHarness cost?
ServiceHarness has three plans: Starter at $60/month (600 agent credits), Growth at $100/month (1300 credits), and Scale at $200/month (3500 credits). Extra credits are 10¢, 8¢ and 6¢ each respectively. Talking to your AI CRO is unlimited and never uses credits. There is no setup fee and no contract.
How much does ServiceHarness cost per year?
