These terms govern your use of ServiceHarness ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
ServiceHarness is an AI revenue assistant for home-service businesses: it organizes your customers and communications, surfaces revenue opportunities, and drafts outreach, schedules, and content for your review. AI-generated suggestions are just that — suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages, appointments, and content before they are sent or published, and for how you use them.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you bring into the Service — including having the right to upload customer contact information and to message those contacts. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Optional integrations (such as Google and Microsoft account connections) are subject to those providers' own terms. You can disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceHarness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
