Jobber pricing, AI features and alternatives (2026)

Jobber· The best all-round field service suite, with AI assistance built in

The short answer

Jobber costs $29 to $149 a month solo (Core, Connect, Grow) and $149 to $529 a month for teams of five to fifteen, with extra users at $29 each. Jobber Copilot is included on every plan; the AI Receptionist ($99 a month) and Marketing Suite ($79 a month) are add-ons below the top Plus tier. It's the best all-round field service suite for small crews: operations excellence, with AI that assists rather than acts.

A disclosure up front: this page is published by ServiceHarness, an AI revenue engine for home services. We don't sell scheduling or invoicing, so Jobber isn't our direct competitor, but you should know who's talking. Every number here was verified against public pricing pages and current reviews in July 2026, and corrections are welcome.

The short version of the Jobber story: it earned its reputation by making the unglamorous middle of a service business (requests, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, payments) genuinely easy, at a price a solo operator can justify. The 2026 question is what its AI actually does, and what the configured price looks like once add-ons enter.

Jobber's AI, honestly

Jobber Copilot (included everywhere) is an assistant in the true sense: it drafts quotes from a job description, suggests upsells based on close patterns, analyzes your numbers, and answers business questions. Useful, and genuinely included rather than upsold.

The AI Receptionist ($99 a month) is the piece that acts: it answers calls and texts you'd otherwise miss, handles new inquiries, and books work into your schedule. For emergency-heavy trades, one saved call a month can cover it.

What none of Jobber's AI does: chase the quote that went quiet on day three, ask for the review the day a job wraps, or do anything about whether Google and AI assistants surface you. The Copilot advises; the standing revenue work stays yours. That layer is a different product category (it's what ServiceHarness does), and plenty of shops run both.

Strengths

  • Cheapest credible entry in field service software at $29 a month solo
  • Copilot included on every plan, not gated to top tiers
  • Published prices on everything, including the add-ons
  • AI Receptionist actually books work, not just messages
  • Predictable team pricing with a flat $29 per extra user

Watch out

  • Marketing tooling (reviews, campaigns) is a $79/mo add-on below Plus
  • The AI assists rather than acts: follow-up and review workflows are yours to build and run
  • No SEO, local content, or AI-answer visibility tooling at any price

Jobber pricing and features: your questions, answered

How much does Jobber cost in 2026?

Solo plans: Core $29, Connect $99, Grow $149 a month. Team plans: $149 a month for five users, $299 for ten, $529 for fifteen (Plus), with extra users at $29 each. The AI Receptionist add-on is $99 a month and the Marketing Suite $79, both included on Plus.

Is Jobber Copilot included or extra?

Included on every plan. Copilot drafts quotes, suggests upsells, analyzes your numbers and answers business questions. The AI features that cost extra are the AI Receptionist ($99 a month) and the Marketing Suite ($79 a month), unless you're on the top Plus tier where both come in.

What does Jobber's AI Receptionist do?

It answers calls and texts around the clock, handles new client inquiries, creates work requests and books appointments straight into your Jobber schedule. At $99 a month with a published price, it's the most transparent AI phone answering in the field service market.

What's the real monthly cost for a small crew?

A five-person crew on the $149 team plan wanting phone coverage and marketing tooling lands at $327 a month ($149 + $99 AI Receptionist + $79 Marketing Suite). A solo operator on Core with no add-ons stays at $29. The spread is wide, so configure before you compare.

Does Jobber help with Google rankings or AI recommendations?

No. Jobber has no rank tracking, no local content pages, and nothing that measures or improves whether ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity or Claude recommend your business. In our July 2026 audits, 21 of 26 excellent local businesses were named in zero AI answers, and operations software can't fix that layer.

Is Jobber worth it for a solo operator?

At $29 a month, yes, if your pain is organization: it replaces the notebook, the text thread and the invoice template in one move, and Copilot comes along free. If your pain is a quiet pipeline rather than messy paperwork, organizing zero jobs is still zero jobs; fix visibility and follow-up first.

What are the best Jobber alternatives?

For the same operations job: Housecall Pro (broader included AI, per-user fees) and Workiz (strongest AI phone answering). For bigger mechanical-trade shops: ServiceTitan. For the revenue layer Jobber doesn't touch (getting found, follow-up, reviews, AI visibility): ServiceHarness, from $60 a month, which runs alongside Jobber rather than instead of it.

Why should I trust a Jobber review from ServiceHarness?

Because it's checkable and because we don't win either way: we sell revenue agents, not scheduling software, and this page tells solo operators that $29 Jobber is a great buy. Every price traces to public pages, verified July 2026. If we got a number wrong, hello@serviceharness.com and we'll fix it.
